If you run a venue

For anything about signing up, connecting your payment account, tip tracking or invoicing, write to contact@valtip.fr and state the name of the venue.

If you left a tip

The tip is collected directly into the venue's account. valtip does not hold the funds and therefore cannot issue a refund itself: for a refund, contact the venue concerned. If you cannot reach them, write to us and we will help you get in touch.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The applicable conditions are set out in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
